TransTech USA has advised companies from the US, UK and Asia Pacific - ranging from emerging companies through to Global Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the resources, energy & technology sectors.

Peter has over twenty four -year experience working within the global technology industry both as an entrepreneur and in general management for larger enterprises such as GE Information Services and Computer Associates, including 12 years in CEO, COO and President roles. Peter is widely known within the global technology industry and is rapidly being recognized as one of the leading authorities on successful business and innovation strategy development and new market expansion. As an executive and CEO, Peter has consistently increased shareholder value through the successful implementation of aggressive growth strategies complemented by a laser like focus on profitability and cash management. Peter has built successful companies in the US, APAC and the UK.

Peter's operational experience, ability to identify and extract value from complex technologies and his familiarity raising capital and working within the aegis of the private equity industry provide him unique insights into what is necessary for successful new market expansion and the development of sustainable innovation strategies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington New Zealand and is an alumni of the Kellogg School of Management. Peter is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a senior member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He has been a speaker at various Innovation, Venture Capital and industry conferences in the US, UK and APAC .

Peter is a Senior Advisor to the boutique investment bank Q Advisors and a Senior Fellow to The Kellogg Innovation Network, which is part of the world leading Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member of The Rocky Mountain Venture Club, the ANZA Technology Network and is an active advisor to the CTEK Angel Investor group. Peter also sits on the Board of Advisors of several emerging technology companies including iTechne, Proxima Technology (recently acquired by Compuware) and T-UP.
